Lip Sugar Co. will gladly replace your item if your order arrives damaged. To initiate a replacement, please contact us by email at lippsugarrco@gmail.com along with your order# and a picture of the damaged item(s) within 3 days of the marked delivery date of your order.

You may cancel your order while your order is processing. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refunds for orders recieved, may be given under special circumstances. Please contact us at lippsugarrco@gmail.com for further details.

At Lip Sugar Co., we want our customers to receive our products in a timely manner.  The shipping and handling time is 3-4 days.  Rest assured that as soon as we receive your order, we begin working to get it out to you. 

You will recieve tracking information via the email address you provided, once your shipping label has been created.

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.  However once that time has passed, the order cannot be cancelled and will ship out you.  If you require additional items and your order has been submitted, a new order must be placed.
